Santosh Matru Shishu Kalyan Yojna (Safe Motherhood Initiative)
In alignment with our commitment to maternal and child health, Santosh Deemed to be University and its associated hospital have launched the Santosh Matru Shishu Kalyan Yojna — a Safe Motherhood Initiative focused on ensuring safe and institutional deliveries for all women, particularly from underprivileged sections.
This initiative aims to reduce maternal and neonatal mortality and morbidity by providing comprehensive, free-of-cost maternity services, skilled birth assistance, and emergency obstetric care.

Launched on 1st July 2022 the program has already facilitated safe deliveries for women, reinforcing our mission toward zero maternal mortality and improved neonatal outcomes.
